Guided Pathways
Workshops

Welcome

Welcome to CCRC’s guided pathways workshop series. The resources below are designed to help you launch or further guided pathways reforms at your college and can be customized to suit your campus context.

This workshop series provides guidance on how to reimagine program onboarding using the Ask-Connect-Inspire-Plan (ACIP) framework to help students choose a program of study; connect with faculty, students, and others with similar interests; take a course that “lights their fire” for learning; and build a full-program educational plan that shows their courses and a timeline for completion. The first workshop gives an overview of onboarding redesign, and the following three dive deeper into each aspect of the framework.

Each workshop includes:

  • A customizable slide deck with instructions for adding your college’s data and talking points
  • A facilitator’s guide that outlines how you can tailor the content to your college and audience
  • A one-page workshop overview that you can use to invite workshop participants
  • A team-based workshop activity
  • Examples of ACIP practices
