CCRC researchers investigated the characteristics of successful credit-based transition programs, which allow high school students to take college-level classes.

CCRC evaluated the “culture of evidence” model of institutional improvement that was being tested by Achieving the Dream’s participating colleges.

This study evaluated Learning Through Simulated Information Technology Enterprises, a program that offered a simulated business experience to business and information technology students.

CCRC examined the effectiveness of ATE regional centers, which work with community colleges and businesses to improve technological education and help meet local workforce demands.

Using national and state databases on undergraduate students, this project examined the role of community colleges in promoting educational attainment among Blacks and Hispanic students.

CCRC assisted the Ford Foundation in evaluating the activities and impacts of its Bridges to Opportunity initiative in Colorado, Kentucky, Louisiana, New Mexico, Ohio, and Washington.

CCRC analyzed the roles of community colleges, their organizational changes, and how their missions conflicted or complemented one another with regard to college curriculum and operations.
