In collaboration with Macomb Community College (MCC), CCRC identified complexities in the institutional system that create confusion or pose other challenges to MCC students, developed recommendations to simplify those systems or otherwise ameliorate their impact on the student experience, and implemented and tested the effectiveness of changes in institutional policy and process.
