CCRC partnered with JBL Associates to conduct a formative evaluation of a Lumina Foundation for Education–funded project operated by the Tennessee Board of Regents. The project had two objectives: to promote the development of more highly structured programs in Tennessee community colleges and to strengthen connections between the state’s community colleges and adult career centers.
