Nicole Cennamo

Nicole Cennamo is a research assistant at CCRC, where she works as part of the Postsecondary Teaching with Technology Collaborative. Her research focuses on how technology can be used to strengthen self-directed learning skills in college students. She is particularly interested in how technological tools can enhance culturally-sustaining pedagogy and improve equity in the classroom.

Cennamo is a master's student in the politics and education program at Teachers College, Columbia University. She also holds a bachelor's degree in political science from The George Washington University. In addition to her work with CCRC, Cennamo is an intern with the New York State Education Department and an events assistant at Barnard College.
