Hanna Nichols is a research assistant on the Multiple Measures Assessment (MMA) Project at CCRC. She is a current MA student in education policy at Teachers College. Nichols has over six years of experience working in public and charter schools and is a former second-grade teacher. At CCRC, Nichols is assisting with the development of focus group protocols and facilitation along with qualitative data analysis. She is excited to learn more about the intersection of K-12 and higher education policy in order to improve equity across all levels of education in her career.
