In this session, the Community College Research Center (CCRC) will describe how community colleges and their K-12 partners have effectively implemented dual enrollment programming to expand college and career opportunity for high school students. Drawing on field research to dozens of college/K12 partnerships nationally that have closed gaps in access and achieved strong postsecondary outcomes for dual enrollment students after high school, CCRC will overview the dual enrollment equity pathways (DEEP) framework for purposeful dual enrollment, including key practices, leadership strategies, and incentives for college and K12 partners.
