Christine Napoli is a Research & Communications Support staff member at CCRC, where she assists with website management and research projects focused on online education. Prior to joining CCRC, she served as an Academic Success coach managing a caseload of undergraduate students, an experience that sparked her passion for advancing holistic student persistence and postsecondary access. Her research interest centers on student socio-emotional well-being, higher education transitions, and equitable student support systems.
Napoli is a master’s student in the Clinical Psychology program at Teachers College, Columbia University. She earned her BA in psychology at St. Bonaventure University and an MS in kinesiology and human performance, with a specialization in Sport, Exercise, and Performance Psychology, through Barry University before attending TC. She plans to pursue a career as a clinical psychologist, helping college students thrive during formative life transitions while conducting research to inform higher education practices.
