2 Calif. Bills Could Let More Community Colleges Grant 4-Year Degrees

In California, two proposed bills would expand the state’s community college bachelor’s degree offerings. Thomas Brock told Inside Higher Ed that such offerings are in the best interest of students and communities, and the more community colleges work with public four-year colleges, the better.
