Cecilia Speroni is a Research Assistant at the Community College Research Center and a Ph.D. student in Economics and Education at Teachers College, Columbia University. She holds a B.A. in Political Science from Universidad de San Andres, Argentina. Prior to CCRC, she worked at the American Institutes for Research on various projects related to bilingual education, school reform, and policy evaluation, notably the evaluation of Proposition 227 in California. Her research interests include quantitative methods in program evaluation and issues of access and educational attainment for minority students.
