Sarah Phillips joined the research centers in 2006 as Administrative Coordinator.  She supports the Center in a wide variety of activities, including assisting the senior staff with project management and organization, adherence to deadlines, and office administration, and is responsible for special events and meetings.

Sarah holds a B.A. in Elementary Education from Wheaton College, Illinois and an M.A. in  Student Personnel Administration from Teachers College.  Before joining CCRC/IEE, she served Teachers College for 20 years in the Human Resources office.
