In this presentation, Taylor Myers presented early findings from a 2021 CCRC study on STEM program momentum. In addition to descriptive findings from three community college systems, the talk featured a policy discussion about the practicality of deriving and adopting early program momentum metrics at the college level. Leaders from College of Southern Maryland also shared information on their institution's experiences tracking and utilizing data on students' course progression and program outcomes.
