Applicants are asked to provide the following information about their institution and team:

  1. Name of institution
  2. Whether the college is rural and/or rural serving
  3. Team lead’s name, title, and contact information
  4. Names and titles of team members, along with a brief explanation of what each person will contribute to the team

In addition, you will be asked to provide 1–3 paragraph responses to the following questions:

  1. Summarize your college’s experience with guided pathways to date. What discussions about guided pathways have taken place at your college? Have you begun implementing any guided pathways practices?
  2. What is your team hoping to learn at the institute, and what challenges are you hoping the institute will help you address?
  3. Beyond required reporting, how does your college use data (both quantitative and qualitative) to inform institutional change?
  4. How will you communicate what you learn at the institute to the college community?
  5. As we finalize the content for the institute, is there a particular area of guided pathways that you would like to learn more about?

CCRC will conduct short interviews with college teams under consideration during the last two weeks of March. Colleges selected to participate will be notified the week of April 5. We will cap registration at 8–10 college teams per session to ensure that we are able to provide adequate support to each team.
