CCRC Summer Institute

Applications will be available on this page beginning on Tuesday, January 11, 2022. Please submit one application per college via the Google form we provide. Applications are due by 11:59 p.m. PST on Tuesday, February 8, 2022.

The application questions are included below and available to download in Microsoft Word format. We encourage your college to begin working on the application and putting together a team before the application period.

Applicants are asked to provide the following information about their institution and team:

  • Name of institution
  • Team lead’s name, title, and contact information
  • Names, titles, and email addresses of team members, along with a brief explanation of what each person will contribute to the team

In addition, you will be asked to provide 1–3 paragraph responses to the following questions:

  1. Summarize your college’s experience with guided pathways to date. What discussions about guided pathways have taken place at your college? Have you begun implementing any guided pathways practices?
  2. What is your team hoping to learn at the institute?
  3. What challenges has your college experienced laying the groundwork for and/or implementing guided pathways reforms?
  4. Beyond required reporting, how does your college use data (both quantitative and qualitative) to inform institutional change?
  5. How will you communicate what you learn at the institute to the college community?

CCRC will conduct short interviews with college teams under consideration during the weeks of February 21 and 28. Colleges selected to participate will be notified by Monday, March 14, 2022. We will cap registration at 10 college teams per session to ensure that we are able to provide adequate support to each team.
