Fresno State collaborated with MDRC and CCRC to conduct a campus-wide case study to measure how holistic advising combined with technology can transform students' experiences. The study seeks to answer the question: How does mandatory, holistic, and sustained student support strategies that leverage education planning and early alert technologies impact student outcomes? This panel discussion consisted of team leads from MDRC, CCRC, and the Fresno State advising community. The panelists discussed the successes and challenges of the case study, from the creation and implementation stages through the ongoing management of this campus-wide effort.
