Katie Conn holds a Masters in Public Administration in International Development from Harvard Kennedy School and a B.A. in Political Science/ International Relations from Duke University.

Katie has worked as an evaluation consultant on a number of primary education and health-related evaluations in Busia, Kenya for the MIT Poverty Action Lab. She has also worked on impact evaluations in education in the Human Development Network of the World Bank. Her research interests include program evaluation, quality issues in primary and secondary education, and labor economics.
