Rachel Rosen is a PhD Student at Teacher's College in the Leadership, Policy, and Politics Program. She also holds a master's degree in Quantitative Methods in the Social Sciences from Columbia University. Prior to joining CCRC, she was a Research Associate as WestEd where she served as the primary data coordinator for two federally funded RCT studies in education. She also has experience as a researcher on multiple large scale evaluation projects, mostly for secondary mathematics and science educational programs. Her current policy research interests include school choice, educational stratification, and math and science teacher quality.
