Rik Andrews

Rik Andrews began as the Assistant to the Director in August 2008. In this role he supports the Director in day-to-day activities and assists other senior staff in a variety of administrative roles.


Rik holds a B.A. in International Studies from Pepperdine University. His area of concentration was International/Intercultural Communication and Negotiation. He has completed research on Cuban mass media before, during, and after the Cuban Revolution and on the Turkish Diaspora in Germany. His senior thesis was on the topic of Burmese Buddhism and the State of Myanmar.
