Rebecca Natow is a Senior Research Assistant at the Community College Research Center and a doctoral student in the Higher & Postsecondary Education Program at Teachers College, Columbia University, from which she received her M.A. in 2006 and her Ed.M. in 2008. She also holds a J.D. from Georgetown University Law Center.  In addition to her research, Rebecca's experience in higher education includes student affairs, event planning, organizational policy analysis, benchmarking analysis, and academic advising. Her research interests include the creation, implementation, and effects of higher education policies at the state and federal levels.
