John Wachen is a Senior Research Assistant at the Community College Research Center. He holds a master’s degree in English language and literature with a concentration in rhetoric and composition from the University of Maryland and a bachelor’s degree in secondary education from Penn State University. Prior to joining CCRC, he worked as a consulting researcher for McGraw-Hill Education and as an editorial associate for The Foundation Center.
