Lauren H. Koch is the Manager of Website Production and Creative Technology for the Community College Research Center (CCRC) and the National Center for Postsecondary Research (NCPR). She is responsible for developing and managing online resources. Collaborating with the communications team, Ms. Koch develops and implements strategic marketing plans. She designs direct mail and promotional materials using Adobe software.

Ms. Koch, a native New Yorker, received an M.A. in Instructional Media and Technology from Teachers College, Columbia University in 2004. She also earned a graduate-level certificate from the San Francisco Art Institute where she studied photography and multimedia design. She has a B.A. degree from the Gallatin School of Individualized Study at NYU, with a concentration in both social developmental psychology research and visual media.
