Monica Reid Kerrigan is a doctoral student in the Higher and Postsecondary Education program at Teachers College, Columbia University. Monica holds BS from Haverford College and an MA from Teachers College. Previously, Monica worked in a variety of positions in Information Technology at numerous colleges and universities including Director of Academic Computing and Project Manager for system implementations. Her research interests include community college issues, institutional research functions, and state and federal policy.
