Robertson credits the Community College Research Center as an important resource for his July 13, 2005 commentary, "Dual Enrollment: Spanning the Border Between High School and College—And Reshaping the Landscape of Public Education". CCRC's 2004 report “State Dual Enrollment Policies: Addressing Access and Quality,” funded by the U.S. Department of Education’s office of vocational and adult education, provided a wealth of information and recommendations on dual-enrollment policies and practices.
